Get through the holidays
without gritting your teeth
Whether you love this season or would rather skip straight to January, it affects your stress levels, your sleep, and your patience with the people around the table. In 90 minutes, we'll explore where some of that pressure is coming from, then settle into a hypnosis session built to loosen it, so this holiday season feels good to be in.
$15 early registration, $22 after October 8
You already know what this season does to you.
Sound familiar?
You feel your body tense the second the calendar flips to November.
You already know which relative, which comment, which dinner is going to test you this year.
You keep telling yourself you'll sleep better once the holidays are over.
You're already worrying about who to invite and/or where to go, without upsetting anyone.
Ninety minutes, two parts.
First: where it's coming from (a real conversation, not a lecture)
We'll talk honestly about the specific ways the holidays get under your skin: the obligations, the old family roles you slip back into without meaning to, the pressure to make everything feel a certain way. Naming and recognizing the patterns is most of the work.
Second: the hypnosis session (guided, grounded, no experience or pocketwatch needed)
Then I'll guide you through a hypnosis session shaped around what came up in the room. You don't need to have done this before, and you don't need to believe in anything. You just need to be willing to sit, listen, and be open to the experience.

Before you sign up: the FAQs
Do I need any experience with hypnosis?
No. I'll walk you through everything, and there's no performance involved, you're not on the spot. You'll be invited to turn your camera off it feels more comfortable that way.
Is this a substitute for therapy?
No. This is a hypnosis workshop for holiday stress and relaxation, not a replacement for mental health treatment. If you're working with a therapist, this can sit alongside that.
What if I fall asleep during the session?
Since this isn't a one-to-one session, if you fall asleep it will be okay! Maybe a brief nap is what you need most of all. The hypnosis portion will be recorded so you can listen to it again.
How should I be set up?
Please be in a comfortable, private space where you won't be disturbed. For the best experience, I recommend being on a desktop or laptop computer, using headphones, and being in comfortable clothes. You may want to bring a journal and a pen so you can take notes during the first section.
